Topic: Creating a comic.

You need to work with a partner.

1. Click on https://www.pixton.com/mx/

a) Click on "entrar"+ pixton para divertirse.
b) Fill in your name, surname, etc.
c) Click on the pencil (at the top of the page) + "crear cómic ahora" + TIRA CÓMICA + Seleccionar.
d) Click on "Elija una escena", (for example, submarino) + "Elija una escena"+ Selecciona 3 personajes, then "wait" to charge it.
e) Double click in the balloons to start writing your story + then click on "+" to "añadir escena.
f) Remember you can move or change the position of the characters when you click on them or you can change your characters.
g) Continue to create more scenes (maximum 8 scenes), and don´t forget to write a TITLE for your comic and "save it".
h) Finally, print your comic, choose 5 scenes from your comic and use the REPORTED SPEECH to report what your characters said on a piece of paper.
i) Deliver your work to the teacher on the 5th. December.

a) Choose File 7 (Chaikovsky´s house).
b) Click on NEXT, START, read the text, take out 50% of the words, complete the text, write the score and copy the text in your notebook.

Practice 6 (14th. November, 2016).

Topic: A letter of complaint.

a) Write a letter about something you bought online. Follow these instructions...

-Remember use the formal style, don´t use contractions.
-Don´t write the date or the address.

1. Start the letter with Dear Sir/Madam,
2. Write the First paragraph: Explain in 3 lines, when and where you bought your product.
3. Write the 2nd. paragraph: Explain the problem with the product and what you did to get a solution, who you spoke to and what you got (in 5 lines).
4. Write the 3rd. paragraph: Explain what you expect from the shop or the company (in 4 lines).
5. End the letter with the phrase:
      I look forward to hearing from you.
   + Yours sincerely,
6. Write your full name (first name+surname) under your signature.

*Remember each line has between 8 and 10 words, commas or dots aren´t words.

Deliver the letter in a piece of paper tomorrow Monday 14th. Nov. with your teacher.

-Read the sentences and report them using the rules.

-Choose the answer to complete the sentences and write the score in your notebook.

-Choose File 1C (We are family, part 1), then NEXT, read the text for about 4 minutes, take out of the 50% of the words.
-Complete the text, write the score and copy the text in your notebook.
