Practice 6 (14th. November, 2016).

Topic: A letter of complaint.

a) Write a letter about something you bought online. Follow these instructions...

-Remember use the formal style, don´t use contractions.
-Don´t write the date or the address.

1. Start the letter with Dear Sir/Madam,
2. Write the First paragraph: Explain in 3 lines, when and where you bought your product.
3. Write the 2nd. paragraph: Explain the problem with the product and what you did to get a solution, who you spoke to and what you got (in 5 lines).
4. Write the 3rd. paragraph: Explain what you expect from the shop or the company (in 4 lines).
5. End the letter with the phrase:
      I look forward to hearing from you.
   + Yours sincerely,
6. Write your full name (first name+surname) under your signature.

*Remember each line has between 8 and 10 words, commas or dots aren´t words.

Deliver the letter in a piece of paper tomorrow Monday 14th. Nov. with your teacher.
